We were delighted to spend a day with the wonderful Jane Edmondson and team at our worm breeding and composting operations at Werribee recently.
It is great to be part of this ground-breaking sustainability and circular economy initiative at South Melbourne Market.
The story shows how we take the market waste and transform it with the help of worms into garden gold, some of which is used to supply visitors to the market with worm castings and worm juice.
